All items undergo a thorough authentication process.  We work with trusted experts to verify the authenticity of luxury items, so you can shop with confidence.

 

Sourcing

At SHOP by Sanji, we source from trusted suppliers, collectors, and verified pre-loved markets worldwide.  We also work directly with clients looking to sell rare, luxury items, ensuring a well-curated, authentic collection.

  • How do you ensure the quality of sourced items?

Each item is carefully inspected for authenticity, condition, and quality.  We aim to offer items that meet high standards, so only pieces in excellent or gently used condition make it to our shop.

 

Can I request a specific item?

Absolutely!  If you're looking for a rare or specific item, contact us at bonjour@shopbysanji.com with your specific request.  We'll do our best to find it or notify you if a similar piece becomes available.

 

Can I Sell my pre-loved luxury items on SHOP by Sanji?

We are accepting consigning clients.  If you are interested, please email us at bonjour@shopbysanji.com and we will send you our intake form and further details.

 

Shipping

SHOP by Sanji's average shipping speed is same day! 

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours or less, ensuring swift delivery.

Orders placed on Friday night or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • Shipping Cost

 Shipping cost depends on the item's destination, weight, and size.  We provide an estimate at checkout.  Please email us directly at bonjour@shopbysanji.com if you are outside of Canada prior to your purchase to ensure the item can be shipped to you.

  • Can I pick up my item locally?

Yes! Shop by Sanji offers local pickup for customers in the Metro Vancouver / Lower Mainland area (SHOP by Sanji is located in Vancouver, BC Canada).  If you'd like to arrange a pickup, please contact us at bonjour@shopbysanji.com to set up a date and time.  You must bring a piece of valid ID and your order confirmation to complete the pick up.

Please note, you must receive an email confirmation to ensure this option is available to you.  

 

Returns/Cancellations

All sales at SHOP by Sanji are final.  Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved and luxury items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  We encourage our customers to review all item details and ask any question prior to purchasing.

  • Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.  Please be sure of your purchase before completing the transaction.
